Overview
16 Tech is the only place where all of Indiana's Tier 1 Research Universities (Indiana University, IU School of Medicine, Purdue University, University of Notre Dame) are located. The availability of shared equipment is extending the runway of biotech and hard tech startups, while creative office solutions are allowing innovators to get close to future customers. Situated in historic neighborhoods and on undeveloped land, 16 Tech is trailblazing when it comes to community impact. Neighbors have directly participated in placemaking and programming initiatives, from the development of multi-modal infrastructure and public space to talent programs that ensure pathways to jobs in advanced industries. Its signature 16 Tech Community Investment Fund is funded with revenue from the development and supports the growth and vitality of nearby neighborhoods.
