Adjacent to Tec de Monterrey’s top campus, our district integrates the Tec21 Educational Model, linking 20,000+ students, researchers, and industry leaders through challenge-based learning. With world-class faculty and talent, we’re driving impactful collaborations. Our master plan fosters an integrated ecosystem—beyond just buildings—connecting housing, R&D, and industry. We host cutting-edge centers focused on Health, New Materials, and more, strengthening industry-academia synergy. But we’re thinking bigger—expanding beyond our district to link Monterrey’s R&D hubs into a unified constellation, positioning us as the city’s innovation epicenter.
